Last week certainly didn’t yield the result Tar Heel fans hoped for when the football team ran into the Blue Devils. Thankfully, Carolina will be back at home for the rest of the season, starting this week. They’ll be matching up against the Western Carolina Catamounts, who are currently sitting at eighth in the Southern Conference.
UNC will be WCU’s final game of their season. Western has won two more games than the Heels, led by the efforts of dual-threat quarterback Tyrie Adams.
Adams is averaging more than 90 yards on the ground and 212 in the air per game this season. Carolina is fresh off getting torn apart by Duke’s dual-threat quarterback Daniel Jones last week. Let’s hope the Heels have learned from their mistakes and are prepared for another mobile QB this Saturday.
