Tar Heel lineman Jalen Dalton made news last week with a 400 lb. hang clean.

Burfict blasts Bernard
At Bengals practice on Tuesday, former Tar Heel star Giovani Bernard got tackled by linebacker Vontaze Burfict. The play happened in a drill that was meant to be tackle free, and also caused quite the stir given the fact Gio is still recovering from a torn ACL.

Mack Hollins is adjusting to life in the NFL. Even though he was drafted with special team intentions, Hollins is out to prove himself (yet again) as a receiver. Taylor Vippolis was on hand at Eagles camp with updates.
