Dalton's Clean Fun

Tar Heel lineman Jalen Dalton made news last week with a 400 lb. hang clean.

Teammate goals.

Burfict blasts Bernard

At Bengals practice on Tuesday, former Tar Heel star Giovani Bernard got tackled by linebacker Vontaze Burfict. The play happened in a drill that was meant to be tackle free, and also caused quite the stir given the fact Gio is still recovering from a torn ACL.

Giovani Bernard got tackled by Burfict and it led to a scrum. Players weren't tackling. Gio was okay. It was ignorant move by Burfict.

Mack Attack

Mack Hollins is adjusting to life in the NFL. Even though he was drafted with special team intentions, Hollins is out to prove himself (yet again) as a receiver. Taylor Vippolis was on hand at Eagles camp with updates.

Berry Confident

Joel Berry

With the loss of Justin Jackson, Isaiah Hicks, and Kennedy Meeks, the Tar Heels are being overlooked in many preliminary rankings. But UNC senior Joel Berry doesn't mind being the underdog.

Keep letting them sleep! We are going to see!

Diversion of the Day

Remember that time Seventh Woods dunked on a student? Yeah, me too.
