Pro Heels: NFL Week 11

The eleventh week of the NFL regular season consisted of three different Pro Heel matchups. Here’s how some of the Pro Heels did in week 11:

Thursday night the Tennessee Titans traveled to play the Pittsburgh Steelers. Sylvester Williams had one tackle and one assist for the Titans as they lost 40-17.

The Detroit Lions and Eric Ebron visited the Chicago Bears and both Mitch Trubisky and Connor Barth for a Pro Heels matchup. Ebron had four receptions for 49 yards for the Detroit Lions. Trubisky went 18-30 for 179 yards and one touchdown in addition to 53 rushing yards. Barth made a 23-yard field goal and three extra-point attempts while failing to make a 46-yard game-tying field goal with just eight seconds left in the game. The Lions defeated the Bears 27-24.

The Los Angeles Rams played at the Minnesota Vikings. Rams linebacker Robert Quinn had three tackles and one assist in the Rams 24-7 loss to the Vikings.

Washington went to New Orleans to take on the Saints. D.C. linebacker Zach Brown was originally listed as questionable for Sunday’s game but was able to come in the game and get five tackles. Washington went on to lose 34-31 to the Saints in overtime and the Saints extended their winning streak to eight games.

The Arizona Cardinals took on the Houston Texans in Houston. Cardinals linebacker Kareem Martin had one tackle and one assist in the Cardinals 31-21 loss to the Texans.

The Buffalo Bills versus the Los Angeles Chargers was another Pro Heels matchup between Brandon Tate and Tre Boston. Brandon Tate had one reception for seven yards for the Bills. Boston had four tackles for the Chargers. The Los Angeles Chargers went on to defeat the Buffalo Bills 54-24.

The Denver Broncos hosted the Cincinnati Bengals in Denver. Giovani Bernard had a total loss of four rushing yards while having one reception for eight yards for the Bengals. The Bengals pulled off an away win as they beat the Broncos 20-17.

The Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys played in Dallas for another Pro Heels matchup. Eagles wide receiver Mack Hollins had a total of seven receiving yards. Ryan Switzer had a 61-yard punt return to start the game followed by a 25-yard punt return and a 29-yard punt return later in the game for the Cowboys. The Philadelphia Eagles had a 37-9 win over the Dallas Cowboys.

Monday night the Atlanta Falcons traveled to Seattle to take on the Seahawks. Naz Jones finished with two tackles and two assists. The Seahawks lost to the Falcons 34-31 as they failed to make a game-tying field goal.
